Purpose
Multiply or divide the voltage running through it. Despite the fact that transformers in real life only work on AC current, they seem to work just fine with DC current in Electrical Age.
How to use
The transformer will convert the voltage between yellow and green in the ratio windings-on-yellow-side:windings-on-green-side. Place as many cable elements as you need windings. In the center, place a Ferromagnetic Core.
