Plate Machine

The plate machine is used to hammer various ingots into plates. All plate recipes require 4 ingots to make one plate. As a result, most of these recipes are not worth using as many other mods already have cheaper recipes, however that is likely to change down the road.
Plates which are usually absent from other mods include the silicon plate, which is used for making solar panels, alloy plates which are used in a majority of 200V machines.
