Battery Charger can be used to recharge electrical items. To power the device you have to connect any voltage source to the charger by Electrical Cable.
It can charge Portable Battery, Portable Battery Pack, Portable Condensator, Portable Condensator Pack, Small Flashlight, Portable Electrical Mining Drill, Portable Electrical Axe, X-Ray Scanner and E-Coal Armour.
To speed up charging process you can use Booster. Maximal ammount of Boosters is 5 per device.
